Integrated Developments is a real estate developer founded in 2014 by Rafael and Román Viñoly, with headquarters in New York and Montevideo.
Currently, under the direction of Román Viñoly as CEO and Sebastián Goldberg as COO, the company operates directly in all major links of the development value chain, from business planning and land acquisition to design and construction, and marketing and operations.
The architectural concept and expression of each building is iterated throughout the entire development process to better integrate evolving commercial, legal, technical, and strategic considerations. This high level of integration improves efficiency in all phases of a project and allows for greater operational flexibility and transparency.

Founder
Rafael Viñoly fue un arquitecto uruguayo de reconocimiento internacional y fundador de Rafael Viñoly Architects, estudio establecido en 1983 con el propósito de generar aportes cívicos y culturales significativos a través de la arquitectura.
A lo largo de más de cinco décadas desarrolló más de 600 proyectos en América, Europa, Asia y Medio Oriente, incluyendo tribunales, salas de conciertos, museos, aeropuertos, estadios y centros de investigación. Su obra se distingue por la claridad estructural, la proporción rigurosa y una postura independiente frente a las tendencias estilísticas.
Among his most emblematic projects are the Tokyo International Forum, the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, and Carrasco International Airport.
Fue nombrado Fellow del American Institute of Architects en 1993, International Fellow del Royal Institute of British Architects en 2006, y fue miembro del Japan Institute of Architects.

Sebastián is a partner of Integrated Developments and, since 2018, leads the South America regional office of Rafael Viñoly Architects. With a strong focus on design management and project delivery, he has led major initiatives across the region, combining architectural expertise with deep knowledge of real estate development and project execution. His portfolio includes work on the Edificio Plaza Alemania, Fundación Cervieri Monsuárez, Edificio Corporación América, Cero + Infinito University, and Carrasco International Airport, among others.
Rafael Viñoly

Rafael Viñoly was a Uruguayan architect of international renown and the founder of Rafael Viñoly Architects, a practice established in 1983 with the purpose of generating meaningful civic and cultural contributions through architecture.
Over the course of more than five decades, he developed more than 600 projects across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, including courthouses, concert halls, museums, airports, stadiums, and research centers. His work is distinguished by structural clarity, rigorous proportion, and an independent stance toward stylistic trends.
Among his most emblematic projects are the Tokyo International Forum, the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, and Carrasco International Airport.
He was named Fellow of the American Institute of Architects in 1993, International Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects in 2006, and was a member of the Japan Institute of Architects.
